While I've never gotten quite as excited about GusGus as many electronic music listeners, there's no denying that this band knows how to kick out some grooves and dancefloor melodies that get your attention and kickstart the party motions. Blending electronic dance, pop and lush doses of soulfulness, GusGus proves again why it has a reputation as a unique band that delivers. Plenty of energy courses through the full-bodied textures of the music on this album. This would be hard music not to dance to and if you're in your car you can just bob your head and let everybody know you're having a good time. If there's one thing GusGus does well, it's handing out fun through the ear canal.-- review by Kristofer Upjohn
