The first thing you may notice is a big acidy sound. But that's not the only thing you'll notice. Indeed, there's more at work here than just that. "Dirty Sound Volume 2" unloads tightly riveted-together textures - brain-melting textures - that buzz into your system and expect a reaction. It's a compelling sonic soundscape at work here, a full sound, one that fills the speakers as well as your ears. It's sort of an assault of house on steroids, big and powerful, focused and energy driven. In all of this one easily finds melodies entwined in the massive buzz, copulating with the heady hooks and showing off versatility.
