So what’s the best way to find out what
the big records of Miami were this year?
How about an IM with Dave Dresden of Gabriel
& Dresden, who’s track “As The Rush Comes”
that was in my Top 5 last year went on
to become one of the biggest records of
2003... (screen names have been changed
to protect the innocent)
ravesdotcom: you are the guy
to ask... any big records in Miami this
year?
DaveDresden: the biggest most likely
big tune i heard in miami was "lola's
theme" by shapeshifters
DaveDresden: #2 would be Yimanaya by Filterheadz
ravesdotcom: where did you hear these?
Did people hand them to you?
DaveDresden: i heard them around and about
DaveDresden: i personally like the filterheadz
track myself
DaveDresden: like i will be killing it
ravesdotcom: I heard what I think was
the new Kaskade single
DaveDresden: i have to think about it
a little to be honest
ravesdotcom: its kinda soon
DaveDresden: Solid Globe "Sahara" i heard
a few times and it's massive
DaveDresden: our Gabriel & Dresden remix
of Above and Beyond "No One On Earth"
was played a bit
ravesdotcom oh yeah, is that just out?
DaveDresden: no, not out until may
DaveDresden: scumfrog's "sinner" was big
too
ravesdotcom: what about So High
DaveDresden: i consider that song old
kuz i had it last year
ravesdotcom: but its just coming out on
Scumfrog's label now
DaveDresden: i did hear it a few times
DaveDresden: and it had the hands in the
air
ravesdotcom nice! thanks for the tips...
