4 Decks 1 DJ (AZ)
Hi everyone, my name is Jason, also known as Rhetron. I’m from Arizona and have been spinning for 4 years. I do have experience playing parties as well as clubs. I have not been active in the Arizona scene as a DJ for at least 2 years due to a huge local anti-rave law, and kids here that do not come to parties for music. I am an original DJ (kind of an oxymoron) that orchestrates a minimum of 2 CD decks, and 2 Turntables. I am not a turntablist though I do scratch. I spin Techno (both hard and chill), Drum and Bass, Hip Hop, Club, Trance, & Hard House. I grew up listening to everything from country to rap and so consequently most of my sets do contain elements of hip hop such as acapellas, and sometimes hip hop favorites make their way to the decks. Hip Hop does not dominate any one set however. I am in the works of a Hardcore set for those interested. I am willing to negotiate prices for performances based upon your budget. I’m not doing this to become rich, I am more concerned with getting out there and playing new places. As for travel, I would be willing to drive to some locations so long as they are within 380 miles of Phoenix (LA, SD, LV, Denver, NM). Anyone interested in booking can email me.
