ULTRA-FI Reviews
Vinyl, CD singles, MP3s... the format doesn't matter, it's the quality
of the music and how it moves my dance floor that determines if these
singles make the ULTRA-FI cut. We'll have new ones posted every week
or so, plus check out the archives for all our past spins. -- Isaiah

The Fruit
Tom Novy Club Mix
Sander Kleinenberg Tom Novy
Little Mountain
Progressive House

“The Fruit” is a big room, main floor crusher. Driving pace
with gritty synths add an edge to this track while it keeps developing
and unfolding. By the time the breakdown comes back and delivers, the
dance floor has pretty much flipped out. Solid record for the crate.
Club Game
DJ Nukem Remix

Invent Recordings
Progressive House

“Club Game” promises to be one of those tracks that remix
after remix will continue to surface with the DJ Nukem Remix being the
second mix out. It’s bit more industrial than the original mix
which got major play this year’s WMC in Miami. 2005’s homage
track to clubs and cocaine.
Dream Machine
JT Donaldson
Mark Farina feat. Sean Hayes
OM Records
Deep House
*****
Leave it to mark Farina to continue to bring on eclectic groovy electronica
sounds via his Mushroom Jazz Series. The original single mix of this
track is a downtempo soulful female vocal featuring an amazing performance
by Sean Hayes. Of the four remixes JT Donaldson delivers up the best
with a classic sexy deep house mix sure to keep the girls smilin’
and groovin’
Watching Cars Go By
Sasha Invovler Remix

Global Underground
Electro

Take the number 4 DJ in the world...have him mix up a track by the number
13 DJ in the world and more likely than not, you’re gonna end
up with something dope. No exception here with “Watching cars
Go By” This track has that big room sound with an electro vibe
grit that grabs on and won’t let you go.
